I was one of those people introduced to food trucks in Houston close to 10 years ago. I used to buy tamales from a Tamale Truck in Clear Lake back when I lived in the area. I have always liked food trucks and I am so very excited that within walking distance from where I live I can go any day of the week and get food from one.
